My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was wonderful, right in the middle of Eureka Springs, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel staff worked very hard to provide a good experience, although there were some minor issues with the rooms. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement. The facilities were satisfactory, making our stay overall pleasant.
